Whats new this year?

Following on from the success of last year’s Inaugural Malt and Barley Live Whiskey Event at PYE. We look forward to significantly expanding the scale and offering of the event taking place this year on September 14th.

Last year we had the pleasure of working with more than 20 brands, which took to our exhibitors space in early November to welcome over 150 attendees for an informative afternoon or tasting, networking, and spreading the joy of all things whiskey.

This year we plan to close the whole bar to facilitate up to 35 exhibitors and welcome over 350 consumers over the course of a 4 hour long event.

A sponsored  Minch Malt  after party will take place for all exhibitors in the Penthouse Suite.  This is the perfect opportunity for all exhibitors to network and relax after a successful day of brand promotion.  A one hour free bar and food buffet will be available from 6pm.

A commercial sponsorship  opportunity is available. As a commercial sponsor you can get optimum brand exposure  on promotional material and at Malt and Barley Live on the day.

  • Malt and Barley Live is taking place from 1pm to  5pm on September 14th 2024
  • Set up on the day is possibe from 10am
  • We require  exhibitors to have set up completed by 12.30pm
  • The exhibitor after party will take place in the Penthouse Suite from 6pm to 9pm
  • Pye will re-open to the public at 7pm

Exhibitor Stands

Allocation of stands are on a first come first served basis. A general location of stands can be pre-arranged with Lukas.  However, please note that while every effort will be made to accommodate allocations ,  these are subject to change.

Exhibitor stands are typically 4ft to 6ft in width supplied by the venue. If you are providing your own please advise us in advance noting that 6ft is the maximum width permitted. Space will be allocated behind the stand to facilitate pull up banners, back drops etc.

All attendees will receive a tasting glass in their welcome bag on arrival.
