Deposits And Final Numbers
Provisional bookings can be held for up to 5 days. After this, the date will automatically be released.
A booking deposit is required to secure a date. Please note that booking deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Final numbers must be confirmed and paid for five working days prior to event. Payment may be made by cash, bankers draft or credit card. Business or personal cheques are NOT accepted.
Numbers confirmed are the minimum numbers charged for regardless of attendees on the date of the function.If any outstanding balances occur on the day of the event, they must be settled on departure
General Details
While times of arrival, service etc. may be approximate, we cannot accept any liability for delay in service, releasing of reserved space or quality of food due to UNREASONABLE and EXCESSIVE delays on the part of the group as a whole.
Management reserve the right of admission for all guests attending the function.
Management reserves the right to cancel any booking made through a third party or under false pretences. Prospective clients must meet with a member of Senior Management prior to acceptance of the first deposit.
Any type of ticketed event must be pre approved by management. A ticketed event includes any type of event that involves tickets being sold in advance by booker or third party vendors. This also includes any type of admission fee on the door. Events booked without notifying management of potential tickets being sold will be cancelled.
In the event of wedding functions, both the Bride and Groom must be over 18 years of age. ID may be required as proof of age for both parties.
Confetti or glitter is not permitted on the premises.
Balloons containing confetti or glitter are not permitted.
Bluetac, sticky tape etc. is not permitted
We have a strict policy of only one person permitted in a toilet cubicle at one time. Failure to comply will result in all persons being ejected and barred from premises.
Anyone approaching our door visibly drinking alcohol from cans, naggins, etc. will not be permitted entry.
Under 18’s are not permitted in the public bar after 7pm. Those attending an event in a private Events Space are permitted to stay up to 10pm
Only alcohol purchased in the bar may be consumed on the premises. Alcohol not purchased on the premises will be confiscated and/or guest ejected from the venue.
Event Space access, storage & Third party suppliers
We do not store balloons overnight
Lost property is tagged and stored for a maximum of 4 weeks.
Personal belongings, including coats on rails are left entirely at owners risk.
Room decorations and third party equipment must be collected by 1pm the day after event
Pye Dundrum accepts no liability for items placed in storage .
We are happy to facility early access to room to allow decorating etc. However, this is subject to prior agreement and room availability.
Third party sound equipment is not permitted.
Third party entertainment must be approved in advance of party.
In the event of third party suppliers supplying lighting , dance floors, photo booths etc we will require certificate of insurance from same in advance of party.
We kindly ask that all third party equipment suppliers contact us in advance to arrange delivery, storage and removal of equipment.
